Role Overview

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a strategic leader to manage a multi-disciplinary Learning & Development team, driving modernization across Insurance, Travel, and other business pillars. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Walnut Creek, CA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level redesign of training ecosystems into blended, AI-enabled learning journeys.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding and continuous development for Insurance and Travel agents.
  • Act as L&D liaison with internal product teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and technical accuracy of all curricula.
  • Coach and develop high-performing facilitators and track performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years progressive experience in Learning & Development.
  • Minimum 10 years experience with consulting or organizational development background.
  • Mandatory facilitation experience and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with AI-powered learning tools.

Additional Information

Compensation range: $132,465 - $198,697 annually. Benefits include 401k matching, health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and AAA membership.
