Role Overview

Ello is building the world’s first AI teacher to maximize the potential of every child. The Creative Marketing Lead will own Ello’s creative output across brand, organic social, and awareness to fuel growth through great creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set creative direction and experimentation across growth channels
  • Develop brand voice, messaging, and creative standards
  • Own storytelling across social, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Create content end-to-end: writing, concepting, scripting, producing
  • Source and manage freelancers, creators, and agencies

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in creative, brand, content, or social marketing
  • Evidence of recent hands-on creative work
  • Experience launching consumer or mission-driven campaigns
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
