Role Overview
The Inside Sales Consultant is a strategic sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, consultative selling, and account management within the K-12 education market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure retention and expansion.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze customer data for insights.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets using consultative selling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
