Role Overview

The Inside Sales Consultant is a strategic sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, consultative selling, and account management within the K-12 education market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure retention and expansion.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze customer data for insights.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets using consultative selling.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
