Role Overview
The Project Manager supports the execution of agile programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs in a remote US-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex agile programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain program documentation and performance metrics
- Communicate program status and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project or program coordination
- At least 1 year working in an agile environment
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira or Trello
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The position offers a salary range of $55,000–$90,000 annually plus benefits.
