Role Overview

The Senior Director, Evidence-Based Learning and Leadership translates College Board research, assessment, and instructional evidence into high-quality learning experiences and tools for school system leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership convenings and learning experiences grounded in evidence-based decision making.
  • Integrate emerging issues such as generative AI into instructional leadership learning.
  • Develop practical tools and frameworks for district and school leaders.
  • Manage execution, logistics, and continuous improvement of programs and convenings.
  • Oversee relationships with external academic partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and content accuracy.

Requirements

  • Former district instructional leader or equivalent experience.
  • Deep experience with high school teaching and learning.
  • Strong facilitation, adult learning, and instructional design skills.
  • Comfort translating research and assessment data for practitioners.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
