Handshake is recruiting experienced Child, Family, and School Social Workers for a remote, asynchronous AI training and evaluation project. Participants use their professional expertise to help improve AI models by assessing outputs and providing structured feedback.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in social work
- Background in child, family, or school social work
- Experience with case management, counseling, and stakeholder liaison work
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment

This is an hourly, temporary contract role with flexible hours (typically 5–20 hours per week). No prior AI experience is required.
