Role Overview
Handshake is seeking experienced Child, Family, and School Social Workers to contribute to a remote, hourly AI training and evaluation project. Participants use their professional expertise to improve AI models through prompt development, response assessment, and structured feedback.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance
- Provide clear, structured feedback based on professional experience
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in social work
- Background in child, family, or school social work preferred
- Experience with case management, counseling, and stakeholder liaison work
- Ability to work asynchronously and independently
Additional Information
The role is fully remote with flexible hours, typically averaging 5–20 hours per week. No prior AI experience is required. The project runs year-round with periodic opportunities.
