Role Overview
The Business Systems Lead at Coursedog owns and evolves the Salesforce platform and broader GTM systems ecosystem to power revenue operations. This player-coach role blends product ownership, delivery leadership, and hands-on building while leading a small offshore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce product roadmap and manage sprint cadence.
- Lead stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, and workflow design.
- Coordinate release management, UAT, and post-launch adoption.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across GTM systems.
- Maintain operational health across billing, support, and revenue tools.
- Lead and coordinate an offshore Salesforce administration team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in systems administration, product ownership, or revenue operations.
- Expert-level Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Experience with AI/automation and systems architecture.
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
