Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate AI agents and workflows
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Build deployment, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders
- Experiment with emerging AI models and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years software engineering experience or 9+ years equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
- Knowledge of system design, cloud environments, APIs, and MLOps practices
