Role Overview
Handshake is seeking experienced hotel, motel, and resort desk clerks to participate in a remote, hourly AI training and evaluation program. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI prompts based on hospitality work experience
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to hotel and resort operations
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI understanding
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience in hotel, motel, or resort operations
- Experience with guest services, reservations, and basic bookkeeping
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment
Additional Information
This is a flexible, remote contract role with no minimum hour commitment. Most contributors work 5–20 hours per week.
