Role Overview
CDW is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to support daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of advanced AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain AI platform health, performance, and availability
- Deploy, configure, and update AI software and services
- Provide technical support to users including data scientists and engineers
- Implement security protocols and ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate with technology teams on integrations
- Document configurations and troubleshooting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and data science
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure AI and Microsoft Copilot
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based in the United States and may require off-hour and on-call work.
