Role Overview
As Coursedog’s first AI Enablement Lead, you will define, operationalize, and scale how artificial intelligence is adopted across the company to drive measurable business impact. This fully remote role sits within the Centralized Operations & Systems team and partners with senior leaders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise AI strategy and operating model
- Oversee execution, scaling, and governance of AI applications
- Build AI fluency through training, documentation, and enablement programs
- Track AI adoption, ROI, and productivity outcomes
- Partner with leaders and vendors to deliver AI-powered workflows
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in a tech or SaaS environment
- 2+ years leading AI or advanced technology adoption
- Technical fluency in LLM-based systems, data platforms, and APIs
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
