Role Overview
As Coursedog’s first AI Enablement Lead, you will define, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI adoption to drive measurable business impact. This fully remote role partners with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise AI strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap
- Oversee design, deployment, and scaling of AI applications and integrations
- Build AI fluency through enablement programs, workshops, and documentation
- Establish AI governance, standards, and safe-use policies
- Track AI adoption, ROI, and productivity outcomes
Requirements
- 4-6+ years in a tech or SaaS environment
- 2+ years leading AI adoption initiatives at scale
- Technical fluency with LLM-based systems, data platforms, and APIs
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
