Role Overview
Figma is seeking an experienced Design Program Manager for AI to help scale and streamline fast-moving AI-driven design initiatives. This role partners closely with AI design leadership and cross-functional teams to bring structure, clarity, and sustainability to complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design program management for AI-related workstreams
- Build and maintain an evergreen design evaluation program for AI
- Coordinate collaboration across designers, teams, and pillars
- Partner with design and engineering leadership for alignment
- Improve internal AI enablement through tooling and workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate operations
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to executives
Requirements
- 5+ years in Design Program Management or DesignOps
- Experience with AI-powered products or workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technical curiosity and ability to partner with engineers
- Experience managing contractors or third-party vendors
