Handshake is seeking experienced Air Traffic Controller professionals to participate in a flexible, ongoing AI research project. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop prompts for AI models related to air traffic control
- Evaluate AI-generated responses using professional expertise
- Provide structured feedback to improve model understanding
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in air traffic control or related fields
- Experience coordinating safe aircraft movement and monitoring flight operations
- Ability to work asynchronously and independently

This is a remote, project-based opportunity with flexible hours (typically 5–20 hours per week). Compensation is hourly.
