Role Overview
The Learning Experience Designer at HHAeXchange creates world-class educational content and learning solutions to drive product adoption and customer retention across the homecare platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging educational content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Create videos, tutorials, webinars, interactive exercises, and multimedia learning assets.
- Leverage AI automations to deliver high-quality learning content.
- Manage large-scale projects from intake to delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and customer-facing teams.
- Publish, update, and organize content within the LMS and knowledge base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with SaaS training, medical software training, and enterprise LMS platforms.
- Advanced experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, and video-based learning assets.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position based in Midtown Manhattan, NYC, requiring 3 days per week on-site and 10-25% travel.
