Role Overview
InStride is seeking a Senior Accelerator Design & Development Manager to lead the design and scaling of AI Capability Accelerators for non-technical professionals, ensuring business relevance and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch AI Capability Accelerators end to end
- Translate employer business needs into outcome-driven learning blueprints
- Partner with academic faculty and industry experts
- Develop scalable frameworks, templates, and quality standards
- Lead instructional design execution and support content developers
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering applied AI capability programs
- Experience in enterprise L&D or high-quality education organizations
- Strong applied learning judgment and stakeholder partnership skills
- Comfort working with non-technical leaders on AI in real workflows
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA or remote with occasional travel. Compensation range is typically $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
