Role Overview
InStride is seeking a Sr. Accelerator Design & Development Manager to lead the design and scaling of AI Capability Accelerators focused on applied AI learning for non-technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch AI Capability Accelerators
- Translate employer business priorities into capability models and program blueprints
- Partner with academic faculty and industry experts
- Develop scalable learning frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Lead instructional design execution and support delivery
Qualifications
- End-to-end AI program delivery experience
- Applied AI learning expertise
- Experience in enterprise L&D or high-quality education organizations
- Strong applied learning judgment
Additional Information
Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote with occasional travel.
Compensation: Typical compensation ranges between $120,000 – $180,000.
