Role Overview
De Montfort University (DMU) is seeking an enthusiastic Associate M365 Analyst to support and enhance its Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms as part of its ongoing Digital Transformation Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and OneDrive
- Assist with messaging and communication technologies including voice and email gateways
- Provide user support, resolve issues, and maintain service documentation
- Contribute to service improvements across collaboration and communication systems
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role with regular on-campus presence required.
