The University of Surrey is seeking a Head of Digital Solutions & Innovation to lead a multi-disciplinary IT development, innovation and support function as part of a major digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage academic and business applications, data, integration services, AI solutions and Microsoft platforms
- Ensure high availability, resilience and excellent user experience across digital services
- Oversee design, maintenance and optimisation of applications and data services
- Manage suppliers and service levels, ensuring value for money
- Lead service improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL best practices
