Role Overview
De Montfort University (DMU) is seeking a Senior M365 Analyst to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 collaboration and communication services across the university.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement solutions across Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform and Viva.
- Strengthen email and messaging security and develop governance for platform-wide consistency.
- Design SharePoint solutions and automate workflows.
- Contribute to enterprise-grade telephony services.
- Collaborate with Product teams, Information Security and stakeholders using Agile delivery methods.
- Monitor service performance and deliver continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, Telephony and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and modern security and compliance practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, email security controls and data-centric governance.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
Additional Information
This hybrid role requires on-campus presence at least two days per week.
