Role Overview

QS is seeking a Senior CRM (HubSpot) Specialist to own and scale its HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, service, and customer success. This hybrid, full-time role is based in London and focuses on CRM strategy, automation, integrations, and data governance within the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the HubSpot roadmap aligned with growth goals
  • Build scalable workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage CRM integrations, data quality, and governance
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and best practices adoption
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and platform documentation
  • Drive innovation including AI-driven enhancements

Requirements

  • Deep expertise across HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Experience scaling HubSpot in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Strong workflow automation, analytics, and data management skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
