Role Overview
QS is seeking a Senior CRM (HubSpot) Specialist to own and optimise its HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, service, and customer success teams. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role based in London, UK, with two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the HubSpot roadmap aligned with company growth goals
- Build and optimise workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting
- Manage CRM integrations, data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance
- Act as the go-to HubSpot expert, delivering training and best practices
- Introduce automation and AI-driven enhancements to improve efficiency
Requirements
- In-depth HubSpot expertise across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Experience scaling HubSpot in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Strong workflow automation, process design, and data management skills
- Ability to design and interpret dashboards and performance reports
