Role Overview
This senior leadership role shapes the future of higher education technology by leading product and platform engineering for global B2B data solutions. The position is full time, permanent, and hybrid, based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product and platform engineering agenda for government, institutional, and enterprise clients
- Oversee global engineering teams building and maintaining internal systems and client-facing platforms
- Manage architecture, performance, security, and ongoing development of B2B platforms
- Direct infrastructure teams managing AWS and cloud environments
- Drive adoption of modern stacks including AWS, cloud-native services, React, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with Data Science, AI, and Analytics teams to integrate advanced capabilities
- Oversee delivery of complex technical projects and manage operational priorities
Requirements
- Master’s level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent
- Deep expertise in AWS, cloud infrastructure, and modern web technologies
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams at scale
- Experience architecting scalable, distributed data platforms
- Understanding of AI applications in Data-as-a-Service models
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
