Role Overview
The Student Success Manager (EMEA) provides operational leadership to deliver a high-quality student experience across the EMEA portfolio, with a UK-based leadership presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the London Student Success team to deliver consistent, high-quality student experience.
- Act as on-ground operational anchor for UK-based clients and stakeholders.
- Manage workflows, capacity planning, and SLAs across omnichannel student support.
- Line-manage team leaders and staff, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Embed global quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams across EMEA and Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in student recruitment, international education, or contact centre operations.
- Proven leadership of high-volume, student-facing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
Additional Information
Hybrid working arrangement with typically two days per week in the London office.
