Role Overview
The Chief Research and Design Officer (CRDO) is a senior executive role shaping Leading Educators’ research, innovation, and product strategy to improve teaching and learning at scale nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and design new services and products aligned to market demand and organizational strategy
- Lead end-to-end service design, piloting, validation, and scaling
- Set and oversee a multi-year research and learning agenda
- Translate research insights into organizational action and scalable models
- Collaborate with leadership, growth, and program teams to scale impact

This role reports to the President, is fully remote within the United States, and requires frequent travel.
